two hour seminar is designed with the
working fitness professional in mind.
We’ll look briefly at the traditional
concepts of stretching and how the
thinking has evolved over the years,
then focus on the techniques of self
myo-fascial release using the foam
roller.

Workshop overview:
Participants will be given an
opportunity to experience SMR using
6”x12” foam rollers, and work together
to discover cuing techniques that will
ensure the client gets the most out of
their own SMR.
