Class Dynamics

A split workshop that teaches you two main techniques that are fundamental to group exercise instructors today:

Part 1, the Layering Technique: teaches you the basics of this challenging and most effective routine-construction technique. Master this technique and you will find it much easier to tailor your classes to suit various fitness levels.

Part 2, Tapless Instruction: teaches you how to teach a challenging choreography that has smooth transitions. Not having to worry about which foot they are supposed to be on, allows your clients to follow and enjoy your advanced choreographies with more ease.
