Lateral Thinking in the Fitness Field
Nowadays, fitness professionals are bombarded with “new” information and
findings pertaining to one area or another of the fitness profession. With the
advancement of information technology, a tremendous wealth of information is now
available to those who seek it from a multitude of sources. Some books or
researches contradict others and we, as fitness professionals are having a
harder time to sort through all this information and decide what is and isn’t
accurate. In this workshop, you are not going to get more “do’s and don’ts”, you
are not going to discover the absolute best method to use for your
clients…Through an adaptation of lateral thinking to our field: FITNESS, we are
